I'm very sorry that I haven't updated this in awhile. Things have been crazy and busy this summer. Anyway, last Wednesday, the 8th, we went in for another ultrasound and things looked great. We got to actually hear the heartbeat which is so exciting! Today puts me at 9 weeks 1 day. I did not post the u/s picture because it just wasn't a good one. Hopefully next Tuesdays will be better. I am also going to start taking pictures of my "bump" starting at 10 weeks, next Thursday. Hope your weekend is fabulous!!!

Baby's now the size of a green olive!
Your little embryo has now officially graduated to fetus-hood. Adding to the excitement, a Doppler ultrasound device might be able to pick up the beating heart. With basic physical structures in place and increasingly distinct facial features, baby is kind of starting to look like...well...a baby!
